This latest location joins the recently opened Ike’s at Fenton Marketplace in Mission Valley. Location Matters' Mike Spilky and Alexis Couch continue to drive Ike’s expansion forward in San Diego & the Inland Empire, securing standout locations that perfectly align with the brand’s bold identity and rapid growth trajectory.

We’re pleased to announce that Grater Grilled Cheese has signed a new lease at Carmel Mountain Ranch Town Center, a vibrant neighborhood center anchored by Ralphs and Trader Joe’s in one of North County’s busiest trade areas. With a space just under 1,000 SF, the fast-casual grilled cheese concept—originally launched as a food truck—has since grown to a handful of locations across Southern California. This new location continues their momentum, bringing gourmet comfort food to the Carmel Mountain community. Hannah Sierpina represented the Tenant in this lease.

We are thrilled to announce that Wedgewood Weddings has officially opened its newest venue at The Headquarters at Seaport District. Set within the historic former San Diego Police Headquarters, the space blends timeless architecture with modern elegance—offering a distinctive and romantic backdrop for weddings and events. Originally constructed in 1939, the site has been thoughtfully reimagined into a dynamic destination for dining, shopping, and now, unforgettable celebrations. The 15,000 SF venue features upscale spaces like the Gilded Hall with soaring wood-beamed ceilings and chandeliers, and the Velvet Lounge—an Art Deco-inspired cocktail area anchored by a circular bar. Marc Karren represented Wedgewood and the Landlord in this 20-year lease transaction.

As the sister company of San Diego Gymnastics, G-Force has become a premier destination for gymnastics and parkour training, inspiring young athletes across Southern California. Between the two brands this opening marks their 8th location and another exciting step in their growth outside of San Diego. Alexis Couch represented G-Force in this new 10-year lease and continues to exclusively represent them in their ongoing expansion.
